Compete against your friends in this crazy night of bar games at Evans City establishments. 
1,2,3rd place Winners, Door Prizes, Mulligans, Poker, Food and dancing finish off the evening. 
Participating bars include: Sports N Spirits, John's Bar, Baker's Backstreet & the VFW.

Bar Game Rules & Info:     
-Must be 21 or older to participate 
-No Refunds will be given.
-Players are required to check-in at VFW HALL 
(side door) prior to start.
-Mulligan & door prize tickets will be available 
before games at check in.
-After Check in, PLEASE GO DIRECTLY TO THE BUS!
-Games Begin Promptly at 5:00pm at each location.
-Signature for Waiver must be on file. 
-Color coordinated bands will determine:

Please rotate accordingly from bar to bar.
1.    Orange    = VFW 1,2,3,4  
2.    Green      = Sports & Spirits 2,3,4,1
3.    Yellow     = Bakers  3,4,1,2
4.    Blue         = Johns  4,1,2,3

LAST BUS LEAVES:   
Johns @ 8:45 PM 
Bakers @ 8:50 PM
Sports N Spirits @ 8:55 PM
You must return to VFW HALL by 9:15pm to be eligible for prizes.
- Food & beverages provided at VFW at 9:00 pm, music at 10:00 pm.
- Tie Breaker will continue until top 3 scorers remain.
- Highest Poker Hand wins. Tie Breaker by deck cut.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT 
All participants  will be asked to agree to the following with an electronic signature in the registration process:
 1.  In consideration for participation in the Bar Olympics Fundraiser (“the Event”) from EDCO Park to the Evans City VFW, Sports & Spirits Sports Bar, Bakers Back Street Tavern, and Johns Bar (“the Establishments), to be held Saturday, April 28, 2012, I affirm; that I am legally eligible to participate at the Establishments, that I am at least twenty one (21) years of age, that I will be legally responsible for my actions during and after participation in the Event.  I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the Evans City Park Authority, EDCO Park, Evans City Borough,  its officers, servants, agents, establishments and employees (hereinafter referred to as "organizers") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or relating to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the organizers, or otherwise, while participating in the Event, or while in, on or upon the premises where the Event is being conducted, while in transit to or from the premises, or in any place or places connected with the Event.
2. I am fully aware of risks and hazards connected with being on the premises and participating in the Event, and I am fully aware that there may be risks and hazards unknown to me connected with being on the premises and participating in the Event, and I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in the Event, to enter upon the above named premises and engage in activities knowing that conditions may be hazardous, or may become hazardous or dangerous to me and my property.  I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of my being a participant in the Event, whether caused by the negligence of organizers or otherwise.
  3. I further hereby agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless the organizers and each of them, from any loss, liability, damage or costs they may incur due to my participation in the Event, whether caused by the negligence of any or all of the organizers, or otherwise.
4. It is my express intent that this Release shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a Release, Waiver, Discharge and Covenant Not to Sue the above named organizers.
